Eat, drink, and salsa the night away at Fiesta del Sol on Saturday, 5th August 2023 from 2pm to 11pm in Carrickmacross, County Monaghan. Featuring explosive live music performances, an eclectic offering of cuisine including tacos and Paella, fun family-friendly activities, authentic dance and performances, workshops and much more, the festival celebrates Ireland's vibrant Latin and Spanish communities!
